      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, everyday for the last 2 weeks my internet goes off between 8am-12pm I have to keep resetting the hub to get it to work, I get 2 orange lights on the hub and a flashing light on the bt box on the wall. I need an engineer to come out and look for the problem but can't find anywhere to book one on the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Give Sky a call to arrange an engineer. They'll probably try some troubleshooting first so perhaps have a think about what other appliances etc come on or go off at those times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
