My broadband has arrived I've plugged in the blue power cable and connected the internet wire into socket. The only lights that our on is the power and wife. What can I do.

When was or is your activation date as usually the equipment arrives a few days prior to the activation date.

The activation date was today. I got the text at 08:06 to say it's been completed.

If the Wifi light is lit is your broadband working, if so it can take up to 24 hours for the phone side to start working.

@Kirsty176 Are you connected to an OR Master phone socket, and was it a new installation or a change from one provider to another?

We've moved house and so this is a new instillation. The previous owners were with Virgin Media.

@Kirsty176 The two links on the post above guide through your options, but OR probably have to resurect the Landline if you are NOT FF to the asked question. Link does show how to connect if you are all fttp FF, you just need to use the yes we have a phone option for things on the pages to display..
