It sounds to me it could be the printer more than anything. Have you tried factory resetting the printer completely?

My wireless printer (HP envy 4520) has disconnected from my WiFi and I don't know why. Neither the router nor the printer are new and have worked together fine for several years. I've tried connecting using the password and the WPS button and moving the printer physically closer to the router. Tested the connections in my sky app and seems fine other devices all working.
The troubleshooting printout from the printer says the problem is the MAC filtering but I understand sky hubs don't use this so this isn't right. Any ideas? Keep it very simple please thanks
