topic Not live after activation date in Broadband

Hi, thanks for reading! I've just moved into a new flat and an Openreach engineer came over yesterday to set-up my cables for my modem. After he left I plugged in the router and received the activation text notification but I have no internet. Spent an hour on the phone to Sky to complete the usual troubleshooting steps multiple times (reset button and unplugging) and had no luck. Waited until past midnight but unfortunately still nothing this morning, only the Power and WiFi lights are on, Internet and Voice lights are off.

Will persist with phoning Sky later when I'm home from work, but wondered if anyone has any advice or tips? Feeling a little isolated as my mobile data is pretty abysmal in my new place and I live on my own.

I have the SR203 hub and there are no known service issues in my area - Openreach engineer did connection tests yesterday and everything was clear.

Thanks so much.

Thanks for replying and for the insight, that's good to rule out.

Good we at least knocked the serial number on the head!
