    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here! An Outreach engineer called today and said the issue was fixed. Now I have internet but SkyW box will not connect and says there's no internet. Have tried everything; really frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet connection is intermittently dropping on my phone and Skybox. I reset etc and connection is restored then lost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've used the diagnostic options on MySky, but results vary. Nothing seems to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;really frustrating as I have lost access to paid apps etc!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Snap.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have powered down the router and sky q box to reboot everything, nothing has worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then run the sky test which says all is working but cannot access the internet on any devices. Have had to turn off WiFi on my phone to reply on here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky Q box won't connect even though the router shows all green.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fuming, got tons of work to get done&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
