Having issues with WiFi coverage. How do I go about getting WiFi extender? Mobiles keep dropping off wifi in certain rooms. Thanks in advance.

Apologies if my reply was taken the wrong way. I was thanking you for the the articles. I do have WiFi Max and I have tried testing my WiFi and other suggestions from the help pages. I'm assuming contacting Sky directly might be my best bet. I was wondering if there was a straight link to getting extenders, clearly not.

@FuzzyPoodle That is the only way to do it, you call them, they test exactly at that point when you call, decision is made, you either get or they say no everything is fine as far as we can see, then begins the confrontation....

@FuzzyPoodle I think you will be fine, as you have tested the speed area's, lowest speed let them try to find your device it will be pant's with regards to speed tiled toilet door shut is usually the hardest to get, know what i mean.... Lot cheaper than trying to move lock stock and two smoking barrel's...👌
