&lt;P&gt;You should be able to reschedule via your my sky app if your account is registered or call sky as below&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Contact sky as below&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Follow the link and choose need more help&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are&amp;nbsp; all fellow customers on here like yourself&amp;nbsp; and can not reschedule&amp;nbsp; your&amp;nbsp; broadband&amp;nbsp; installation, you will&amp;nbsp; have to use your&amp;nbsp; my sky app or ring sky to do this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
