My other rooms of my home keep losing connectivity to my router Especially if if I am in bedroom trying to watch something on my sky puck

@Tardis1987 What is it that you have from sky broadband wise, what hub do you use and service type if you know.

I have sky max the white router

The signal seems not to be that strong

@Tardis1987 Do you also have the subscription addon to the sky Max service, see the detail link below, if you are paying the Extra monthly then additional pod, but you do need to call sky for that to happen.
