Wow where to start signed up to full fibre 500 replacing our BT 100 package we thought was bad. This service is absolutely horrendous drops out constantly no warning doesn't even have enough speed to provide wifi to the Sky Q boxes never mind gaming.Phones constantly dropping and using data instead which is running down our sky piggy bank. Complained Sunday and yesterday. Today no Internet at all again phoned and was told case was closed as sent out new booster which by the way does nothing to help wifi speeds or drop outs in connection. Spent 2 hours on the phone on Sunday trying to resolve or improve matters but not helped.
