      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi I had my broadband and sky puk installed yesterday, everything was working fine but when I can home from work tonight, sky is saying no internet connection, I have done all the advice that I can with rooter and puk etc and still not connected, WiFi is working as I'm connected with my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I just do not know what else to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im sure it is something silly on my part.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi , I have managed to resolve this thank you, turned puk off underneath and rooter off , &amp;nbsp;waited for rooter to come back on and lights green, then turned puk back on and it's managed to work 🫣 thankfully &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
