Cannot access settings

I am using my home laptop and cannot get into change my wifi channels. I use admin to login but it will not accept either my router password nor the word sky.

If I remember correctly the password is admin i can't remember the user name sorry

I have the user name as being admin but some say password is either "sky" or the router one and neither work.

I think it is the sky max one. Black and sits at an angle because of the wires lol. Got it just a few months ago and I need to change channels as my heating thermostat won't keep connected to ehe 5ghz one. It needs a 2.4 one. I get to the settings but then each time I go into the menu along the top it asks for login and password.

The problem is I get into the settings but cannot access any of the menu items without signing in somehow. I have tried using the info from the router, using admin and sky or router password. I have reset the router to factory settings. I cannot get any further than the settings first screen.

@LSLSLSLS How are you connecting to the hub? What device are you using to connect to the hub?

When the logon box appears there are 2 entries the first is

User Name there you put in the word admin

Password is the 2nd box. information off the label

Do you mean my laptop via wifi for the settings? I can see the settings but cannot access any options within it.

The one I need to change channels for is Bosch EasyControl thermostat which apparently doesn't work on the 5GHz channel. It keeps dropping out. Everything else connects no problem to wifi.

@LSLSLSLS You are trying to do it via the app as you said that you have the Sky Max hub the white one!
