&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>WiFi keeps dropping</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last few days our WiFi keeps dropping! It's intermittent! It says you aren't connected to WiFi have to reconnect and it lasts for a few minutes. Doing checks it says our broadband is fine but clearly it's not and keeps going down I have unplugged router 3 times so there's a problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
