      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, we are in complete despair and horrow to live without internet . We got used already to live without land line for 3 month, we still paying for.It wasn't possible to contact you, because we live in no reception area, it is Camden park road in a dip. my housband is 89, I am not young either. sos! P,ease, help us! asap. we are in home practically every day., Chislehurst. My friend cheked everything all reconnection , problem is in sky box? we don't want all these endless issues with passwords etc. Help us please. We can't live like this, we are paying for nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
