I recently received an updated router from Sky which is all connected up with my phone, TV and computer. However I have an HP Laserjet M110 printer which I cannot get to contact wirelessly with the new router. It worked fine with the previous router using HP Smart print. I have tried deleting and reinstalling but to no avail. Can anyone help me with this please? I did try connecting with a cable but it worked for a while but now won't work at all.

Ate you trying to set it up via the printer itself as this is what I had to do when I had a new hub from Sky earlier in the year. Get it to search for your Wi-Fi network and once you have entered the password you should be good to go.

Thank you. At last I have been able to set it up. It all involved plugging the printer in to a wall socket rather than a bank of plugs as it needed extra power to reset and connect to the new network. I have it all working via HP Smart Printing now. Not too bad only 3 months of trying!! Now I have to buy a new cartridge. Anyway thanks for taking the time to reply
