The WiFi is rubbish. Speeds just one room away (less than 20m and no doors) averages 40mbps. Isn't even enough to use the apps such as Netflix and Prime!!!!

I have turned off the router and turned it back on without success. This is a recurring problem that requires a. Engineer

Middle of the room???? And have the wire across the floor and be a trip hazard? Is that a joke? The router is exactly where the engineer installed it. Speeds are over 400mpbs right next to the router. Move 20ft and they frequently drop to below 50!

The hub is only 3 months old. I am a sky max customer but trying to talk to someone is impossible. Unless someone has a contact number? I have 2 TV's literally within 20ft of the hub and the one that is 20ft away gets hardly any WiFi signal. The rooms upstairs aren't brilliant. And my husband doesn't sleep well and the broadband regularly just isn't on so his phone drops to his mobile data ALL the time. It's just a hideous service
