topic Poor Wifi Quality in Broadband

I wish to express my significant disappointment with the Wi-Fi coverage I am receiving since upgrading to Sky Broadband Ultra Fast.

Prior to switching from BT, my basic BT router provided reliable coverage throughout my home. However, with Sky, the signal barely reaches my home office, which is only about 12 meters from the router and just across the hallway. This lack of coverage is a major issue as I work from home and require a stable internet connection in my office.

When I signed up, I was under the impression that Sky Broadband Ultra Fast guaranteed whole-home coverage. If this issue cannot be resolved swiftly, I will unfortunately have to explore options for early termination of my contract, as the current service does not meet my essential requirements.

Please advise on immediate steps to improve my Wi-Fi coverage.
