      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been with sky for 9 years, phoned up this morning saying I was interested in renewing my broadband contract, the person on the phone said he could take off £3 per month. I was expecting a much better offer but all VIP means is you have opportunities to pay them more money. Had enough, going to switch to a different provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As you said VIP does mean nothing and especially so when it comes to billing. You also have to remember that everyone of the millions&amp;nbsp;of customer Sky has will have VIP on their account, even those who services go live today so it gets you no specialist treatment above anyone else.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
