I had the router upgraded tecently and since then have had intermittent problems with connections on various equipment despite being connected to the internet. While watching ITVX or I Player the programme turns off with the message that internet not connected despite the fact that my iPad shows that it is. My ring door bell went off for 3 days showing no internet connection even though there was and my ring cameras were working. My iPad occasionally says no internet connection whilst my wife's is working perfectly normally and vice versa. What is the cause of the problem. This has only occurred since router was upgraded

@arthuroc

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
