Trying to set up Sky Max Pod

I've signed into the MySky app to follow the instructions for the Sky Max Pod Wi-Fi extender that I received today. The MySky app doesn't seem to recognise that I am using the app and keeps telling me to download it even though I'm already in it! I have the latest version but I keep going in a loop back to the App Store to reopen the app! I just want to access the instructions on how to set up the Max Pod please

Did you have to call for sky pod or was there another online way to get one thank you hope it's sorted soon

Yeah it feels like I've tried everything. I was on the phone to someone who ended up giving up and wants to send an engineer round. It tells me to set it up via the serial number on the app but for the life of me I can't find where to set it up using the serial number.

That link doesn't assist with connecting via the serial number. It just ends up directing you to the app which takes you back to the start and the cycle continues. This is the problem OP had too.

@Tomottc So the serial number off the POD will be registered to your account if sky did it correct? The POD and the HUB are next to each other when you try to set them up?

I have the same problem

I have been sent another pod after a lengthy phone call support caguely said they couldn't see an issue

there is still no setup page or instructions in the app as directed

Waste of my time.
