Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Over three last couple of weeks there have been a number of mornings when the wifi has been disconnected, and its dropping out everytime the router is reset again. Again this morning the same issue is present. I've reset the router now around 5 times, Internet and wifi is restored for about 5 minutes then it drops out again.

Thanks for getting back so quickly... Have tried the service checker diagnostics and all keeps showing as if there isn't an issue. However I can see that my number of devices connected keeps dropping to only show zero, or only my devices connected at 2.4ghz. All 5ghz devices drop, and are only picked up again when the router is reset for a short time. The previous week when I was having these issues, they seemed to have resolved th4mselves by the afternoon which leads me to believe it may be an external issue.
