      <title>Ordered Sky Max plus extender received Standard Router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a customer of 25 years plus (Diamond) that used to count for something with dedicated call centre in Glasgow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I have to queue endlessly with repeated call backs (that's me calling back) to a call centre in wherever that's about as much use as a chocolate fire guard.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After been reassured that I would receive the same kit as BT when switching I made the decision to move to Sky. I now find myself with a standard router after the wrong order was placed and now no Max Router or extenders available (someone forgot to place the order apparently). The call centre has now requested I ring back every 2-3 days to check stock and see when the Max router can be sent out - meanwhile I have an unreliable WiFi and buffering sky box!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Think I'll be cancelling and going back to BT at this rate! Again! I was assured things had got better in the 2 years since I last tried to switch - obviously NOT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;disappointed customer again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
