I have just been informed by Sky that where I live (TN15 7..) we have finally had full fibre installed.

On trying to get it installed via Sky website all I get is ' Sorry, unable to proceed due to technical difficulties'

Has anyone had the same problem? Trying to get any useful advice and help from the 'virtual assistant' is frustrating and ultimately useless. To actually speak to a human being would be useful but if anyone has had this problem and has a solution would be grateful.
