Access denied on this server

Can anyone please help me?

I'm having the following message pop up when trying to access Sephora through my home WiFi ;

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access [Removed] on this server.

It is happening with Sephora only through my WiFi connection. If I turn WiFi off I can access it through my mobile data.

Please note, this has always worked previously through my WiFi. I have cleared cache, cookies and deleted all site data.

How do I fix this?
