&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having really trouble with my broadband, even with hard wire internet given to the tv it's constantly freezing I have reset the router many times and it's keeps giving same result, I'm so fed up not having to watch something without constantly freezing in between dispite paying for the service I'm not receiving the service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
