topic Wi fi dropping out in Broadband

Our devices are constantly dropping out even when we are in the same room as the router. The bt open reach box that the router plugs in to has 3 out of the 4 lights on, but 1 is flashing green. Is this normal ?

@Ayl--

They should all be green so this explains the lights on the hubs:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
