Hi, initially our sky worked great since installing in March 25.

The last week we are struggle to watch live TV or on demand with it constantly buffering. It is somewhat better in the room the router is located and terrible elsewhere.
When it does work we have 50/50 on picture quality.
Aside from streaming I've noticed that my phone constantly loses WiFi or just it doesn't load pages at all, even basic apps like social media / none video post won't load over the last few weeks. Going a little insane. The idea of having 2 devices trying to play at the same time is not possible. Broadband test are apparently showing all good. I feel like I've stepped back 10yrs in having to deal with buffering if it doesn't crash out before that point. Any advice much appreciated.

Disappointing to hear. I don't understand how it can gradually get worse. I used to work for TalkTalk when they first offered "free broadband" and I was senior tech support and recall them just taking top users in the area and capping them to a slower connection instead of actually seeing if those users went over their limits to seem as they were complying with regs but that's long passed with unlimited but those feels similar, as in the connection perfect and started great yet slowly being stopped from streaming which isn't good when they offered me the service of streaming everything including live tv.

Same! I was concerned at first that it was our thick walls and a poor router. But the fact it's happening with the devices within the same room as the router kinda goes against that theory. Don't know if it's actually the download or the WiFi tech within the box after the broadband hits the router

Will find it just takes time and thought of what will be the fix, could even be a stupid app update that upset's anything..... Got the recovery down pat easy off/on wi-fi instant fix!

Not too bad then but still frustrating. I'm thinking to reboot the router. I know some need regular reboots to clear like their cache as such
