Sky max pods not connecting

Hi.

i have two max pods which are not connecting to my sky max router, I have plugged them in close to the router and they are still not connecting.

i have spoken to sky yesterday yet were no help at all and just said i need any engineer AGAIN.

The pods are not showing in my sky app - is someone able to help resolve?

This service has been nothing but issues and wish I had never got it.

@ET2303 Have the pods worked in the past, are they just new pods, did they just stop, you are now trying to get them working again!

If sky said you need an Engineer visit, is this the problem!

They were working fine up until yesterday.

Now I cannot get them to connect at all.

I do not understand if you are supposed to plug them in and go why they will not connect when they were able to connect previously. They do not show at all in my sky app as previously did but disconnected if they were playing up

@ET2303 See if the help link does anything, do not use sky wireless extenders or booster's, link below.
