My WiFi works upstairs only when I come down stairs it goes off on my phone and can't connect my tv in my living room downstairs to the WiFi when I am downstairs I can't find the WiFi when I search it

No but I'm just new to sky about a month ago and pay the £4 extra for sky boost I think it's called as it says that should go through the whole house

@Laura12311 If you are paying that extra then you can give Sky a call and ask for them to send out one pod, but if you need more they will arrange for an engineer to come out and place them for you.

You will need to go through some troubleshooting with them and they can then best direct you what happens next.

Paying the extra does not give you the full coverage, this enables you to get booster pods on loan from Sky.

@Laura12311 You may find in the discussion that you are going to have about getting a pod, has been reported that there are stock issue's with pod's and max hubs, so you may just not get the instant one is on the way, but if you do please let the Forum know. Good luck but you are well on the right track with it all....
