topic Network issue in Broadband

Hi,

My WiFi, despite saying otherwise on the Sky test, seems to be constantly having problems and dropping out. Just this morning alone both my Samsung smart tv and tablet were unable to access the network and our Sky multi room mini box has been having issues and constantly stuttering. This has to be a network issue because it is effecting multiple devices. We did receive a message about a week ago apologising for issues (which were apparently resolved we were told) but this has been going on for at least a couple of weeks now ?

@Lsg1982

Was it this line test that you ran:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
