      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've checked my broadband and WiFi using my phone on My Sky App and it's saying there are no issues but my tv and landline aren't connected plus there's a red light on the router&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
