Internet down in Consett?

I've checked my broadband and WiFi using my phone on My Sky App and it's saying there are no issues but my tv and landline aren't connected plus there's a red light on the router

@LJ61 About the lights as you do not say what hub you have!

Internet in consett appears down. Sky claims everything is fine.

@DavidGrenfell First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

All four lights have just come back on the router.

Interesting that the broadband speed checker was "down" at the same time 🤔

It's back on now so I'm crossing my fingers it's a permanent fix 🤞

Mine went down at about 11am. Sky says no issues in Consett though. Must be my imagination.
