I have a PC set up in my front room with the wireless router around 3m away with my PC ariel on the top of my case (direct line of sight).

In the past week or so, I have been getting SEVERE packet loss and and looking at Task Manager on the 'performance' tab really sporadic speedsI have restarted the route, upgraded any and all drivers on my PC (the game I was playing was Black Ops 2.

In the past I had an engineer come out as I was getting rediculously low speeds using a ethernet through power adapter, put it on to wifi and received the full bandwidth.

I have also been using FAST.com which the engineer recommended to use and it has been dropping as low as 20Mbps during the day.

Any thoughts?
