Order for broadband 30th March 2025. Open reach cancelled 3 times. Worried that we will never get connected: 22nd April 23rd May. Now 13th June. What is the problem?

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

There is broadband. I need to try to talk to a human to find out why they keep cancelling the installation.

I tried to phone. Just a message. I know that there is broadband in the street however the provider openreach keep cancelling my appointment. I suspect it's a difficut job so they cancel the order. I just keep getting rescheduled

@Yvonne74 At least they are doing that, would be a lot worse if it get's cancelled, just think ordered sept 2024, Fibre cable now at the very front off the house all coiled up, and OR scheduled 28th June to complete, and that's a if mars is not overshaddowed by the moon, the OR engineer if not the very first job, hits a snag, oops goes the whole kettle of fish in one straight day's disaster no recovery from that...
