When i game i am facing sudden packet loss for brief seconds and then it goes normal again. But it happens quite a few times in the game session which is very annoying

What device are you gaming on and how is it connected to your Sky Hub? (WiFi or ethernet?)

I play Dota 2 in pc. My pc is connected via wifi.

@Sabi_T If you can at least try with an Ethernet connection to rule out the wireless Wi-Fi side that would help.

Needed a long ethernet cable. Got it now. Problem solved. Cheers mate!
