      <title>No Internet light on sky router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Internet light is off on my router. I've got Power and WiFi, but no internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;My telephone line is working, and the Sky diagnostic test from the app says that there are no problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I've tried unplugging the router for a minute and restarting, and tried resetting using the reset button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I've checked the physical connections, and they seem to be OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Please help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_frowning_face:"&gt;🙁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
