      <title>Low Internet speed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have tested our broadband it is working okay but our speed is not meeting its usual strength so we have been unable to use it for certain things like gaming and accessing Apps, it has been like this now for 48 hours, I would like this investigated as something is clearly wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
