Hi there

Since we joining it's not working properly even though we bought the booster it's still not working please help

@Bd6 How did you get that combination! You did not purchase the max pod off the internet per chance?

The max pod only works with the sky max wifi hub, I have one in my kitchen and my white max wifi hub is in the living room and it works fine, I am on full fibre broadband to the property gigafast 900mps aswell with sky I have a very busy household 2 55inch sky glass tvs 43inch lg smart tv Freesat box Personal computer Laptop Tablet, 3 mobile phones a sky puck Xbox 3 alexers and have not had any issues

Also why did you by a booster when you just had to call sky and they would have sent you a booster after running a test on your broadband
