Problem with sky wifi extender/ booster

Hi we have 2 sky wifi extender/ boosters and we should have 3 green lights on each when working correctly, however we only have 2 green lights lit on both boosters. One is the power light, the other is the WiFi light however the middle connected light is not lit on both the boosters.

can some one please help

@jeidnfieoejrir Does you sky Hub have an Internet connection, if it is down then the extenders will be also.

@jeidnfieoejrir So have both the boosters just lost the middle light's, if so just disconnect move down to the hub within a couple of feet, power it back on again and see if the light comes back on. Let me know how that goes first?

Edit:- if no joy then we are going to reset only the booster's and re-pair to the hub again, copy of the help link will be below.
