I have and Sky told me they logged the issue. However Openreach have had no such update from the provider and can't proceed until they do.

Hence my query.

Hi 2nd day without internet affecting users only in our postcode. Other neighbours unaffected with different providers. Have rang Sky support. First time thought it was a router issue so sent a new one. Obvs a wider issue as neighbours affected. Contacted Openreach but they said had'nt heard anything from Sky. Any idea when Sky pass on?

Hi @Baldguy007

If Sky replaced your router and this did not fix the issue you would need to contact them again to follow up. They should now record this as a fault.

Afraid you will have to try again, Openreach can't deal with people directly, it has to go through the ISP
