Continue problem with my broadband since moving into my property, gone on for over a year back and fore with calls informing them of this , had check after check , engineers out , now it's finally sorted due to a problem that could of been fixed in the beginning, i was told I would be compensated and be contacted ..... nothing no email no call nothing , I've been more than accommodating done everything asked of me ,payed my bills on time , repeated called payed extra every month for a booster, it's disappointing you treat your customers like this , Iam hoping you at least have the decency to respond to this .

Responses on here will be from other customers I'm afraid. The Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You are NOT contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

Have you checked future bills to see if a credit has been applied?
