Today an Openreach engineer turned up at my house saying Sky had planned the call as thay had spotted an issue with my Broadband (I had received a text from Sky saying this but no mention of an engineer visit) They check my broadband and told me it was an issue with the router and he would contact Sky to request a replacement be sent to me post haste. I then received a text from Sky saying that my issue had been resolved! but the was no mention of a new router being sent out to me! how can I find out if I am going to recevie a new router?

If you go onto the My Sky app and select order tracking, is there anything located in there?

Is there actually an issue with your service at all? It would be unlikely that Sky would send a replacement router out unless there is a proved issue.
