    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Broadband Signal is not constant, it drops out. The last time this happened, the supply cable to my house had been eaten through by Rats. What and when can something be done to resolve this problem i.e. replacing cable to an armoured cable?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
