      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called a week ago about my salon not having a internet box installing at the premises and no one has sent me an appointment I was on call for 46 minutes last Tuesday can you get someone to sort me an appointment as my services aren't usable and have been running since 12th may&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I shouldn't really be charged&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
