    <description>&lt;P&gt;Our service was very poor last week. BT open reach said they could find nothing wrong!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regularly we cannot load pages on our phones or web pages . previously with EE we never had an issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;we work from home and it is not acceptable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;we would like to end our contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You have a few choices if you are not in contract with Sky:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sign up to a new supplier via the broadband switch service who on the activation date will take over the line from Sky.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Cancel with Sky and then sign up to a new supplier but doing so could see you with no broadband for a while.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try to get to the bottom of this issue with Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
