So I have set up the ports I wish to open on the my sky app.

I cannot find any clear instructions about configuring The firewall to allow these connections.

Do I need to configure the sky router firewall.

It only allows me to change security type IE custom, low medium or high with no input to allow incoming traffic.

What do I do with this?

Then do I just need to configure each pcs firewall to allow inbound traffic to open the port.

On the old router you could setup inbound traffic but this router doesn't seem to have these options.

Any help is appreciated.

I have all the ports I wish to set up on the port forwarding page. To each individual machine. Just don't know what else I need to do to open the ports.

When I test them online it's says they are still closed.

I'm on Windows 11

@Ivomadness1 the settings to configure the hub's firewall are in the My Sky app. Sky have moved most customer settings from the hub's web interface to the app. Select the device you want to forward the firewall ports to and then the ports you need and click Apply and it should work. I assume you understand that opening firewall ports reduces the security of your system.

The WiFi security level is a different setting and is simply to do with how devices connect over WiFi and only needs changing if a device like a TV refuses to connect to the hub.

Do I not need to set inbound rules on the firewall on windows to Allow the ports to listen.

I've configured ports on the app but when I test the ports they say they are closed

Yes if you are port forwarding each device with a firewall needs to have the ports opened. so router > PC > and possibly app.
