Connecting Printer

Hello

my first post.

I have only been with Sky about 3 weeks. All is ok but I just can not get my Canon TS3150 to connect to my router.

I have tried all I can think of and all I can find online. This printer will need to be used via my phone and iPad

my computer is no longer used.

Any ideas please

From what I can see it's just called a Sky Hub. Stands upright .

@Kerabo Do the video link setup for the WPS, just make sure the printer is close to the hub.

I have tried WPS WITH THE PRINTER 6 feet from the router and nothing ?

Looking on my iPad it shows the printer and then says no internet and the signal has a line through it.

could the frequency of the modem be wrong for the printer.? Everything else vinnected

@Kerabo You can try it to see, as you do not say which hub you have, see the link below. White hub then temp disable the 5ghz band and look at the wpa mode, set to wpa2-psk if you get that option.

sorry but I can't find in my contract eBay hub I have but in the link you sent it's the hub on the right.

I will try to go into the hub setting tomorow and get back.
