    <description>&lt;P&gt;Being a new Sky customer myself I am genuinely interested what issues "Sky engineers"&amp;nbsp; can deal with incase I ever need a visit...hopefully not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do they not carry spare cables or a router to get the customer up and running??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an engineer out today and he said that the cable to the router is faulty and I need a new router box as the one I got is no longer made&lt;/P&gt;</description>
