@Blackdolphin poor wifi is a very common issue. If the booster is losing connection it is installed too far from the hub it needs to be no more than halfway between the hub and where you need the boost. If you are working from home and therefore need reliable WiFi it makes sensectonbuy and use a whole home WiFi set up with multiple units which create a mesh network. These systems can be connected to your Sky hub to operate in Access Point mode replacing the hub's own WiFi.

My own home has a system with 3 units one on each level giving decent wifi speeds of at least 150Mb/s in every room which cost roughly £100. Sky will sell you their WiFi Max set up for a monthly cost around £8 which is a possible alternative.

I keep having intermittent Internet issues on one device especially, though seemed wider issue last week. Checking WiFi this morning found "room 1" poor connection. And two "laptop/computers" fine connection. Not sure what title is supposed to relate to laptop having issues on. Keeping dropping calls and disconnected from work system due to poor wifi signal. Been happening for roughly a week. No issues prior to that since had booster pod on right settings from engineer visit. As work from home causes issues when suddenly disconnected or when vocals dropping on calls. Rest of devices still seem to be ok today. Last week the booster had dropped in signall. I had to reset main box, wait for booster to reconnect and then was working OK again on couple of occasions.
