The actions Sky agents can take are dictated by their IT set up so if the option isnt on their screens it can be difficult to get the request escalated to someone at Skywho can. BT/EE do seem the best at getting these things sorted to be honest.

Wrong address on Openreach

Openreach has both the correct and an incorrect address listed on their system, with the correct address not having any connection listed, and the incorrect address having connections available. From what I can see online the current provider has to request to have this changed. Is it possible to get this fixed?
