    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have received my Sky router, but I have only received an RJ45 cable, I need a cable which is RJ45 to RJ11 to connect &amp;nbsp;my fibre wall socket (RJ45) into the router which is &amp;nbsp;RJ11.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have full fibre (FTTP) it is a cable from the ONT on the wall, (the box with lights on it), to port 4 on the hub.&amp;nbsp; They are both RJ45.&amp;nbsp; The RJ11 DSL port is not used with full fibre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: I assume from the description RJ45 Fibre socket on the wall that it is FTTP.&amp;nbsp; If it is the old phone master socket you are connecting to then you need a cable with RJ11 at both ends and it does connect to the DSL port on the router.&amp;nbsp; This is only a customer to customer help forum.&amp;nbsp; You will need to phone customer serivices to get them to send you a cable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
