    <description>&lt;P&gt;Scheduled an Openreach engineer to arrive today between 1pm - 6pm. No engineer turned up. Phoned Sky and waited 30 minutes to be told that he might turn up late and I would receive a text in 30 minutes regarding the situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The engineer did not turn up and I have not received any text. Absolutely disgraceful service. Cancelled plans today waiting for an engineer that did not arrive nor has there been any update from Openreach or Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disgusting behaviour paying £35 for 10mbps which is 18mbps under our guaranteed minimum download speed. This has been going on for 3 days now. No end in sight&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Openreach update the ISPs overnight so Sky will hopefully have more information if you contact them again later today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
